GRT staff

The Government established the Government Remuneration Tribunal on 21 September 1998 under the GRT Act NO.20 of 1998, the purpose of the Tribunal is to consider and determine the maximum remuneration payable to those persons employed by or appointed to positions by the Government or by an agency of the Vanuatu Government.


Structure


GRT structure

Organisational Structure Below is the GRT Organisational Structure that was approved by the Public Service Commission in 2016. According to the structure;

  • The Director reports directly to the Director General of the Ministry of the Prime Minister.
  • The Secretary Clerk reports to the Director.
  • The Principal Remuneration Analyst reports to the Director.
  • The Remuneration Analyst's report to the Principal Remuneration Analyst.

GRT - 2020 Appropriate Budget The appropriate budget for the Government Remuneration Tribunal in 2022 is VT 21,282,904.
