Purpose of the Act
The purpose of this Act is to establish a government remuneration tribunal which will consider and determine the remuneration payable to those persons employed by or appointed maximum to positions by, the Government or by an agency of Government.
Objective of the Act
The object of this Act is to adopt principles of consistency, economy of resources, and disciplines in determining the remuneration of those persons employed by, or appointed to positions by, the Government or by an agency of Government.
